John Preece is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the property and workspace hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Hub Australia since February 2018, John oversees a national team responsible for the operation and expansion of workspace venues across major cities in Australia. This role encompasses various teams, including Workspace Experience, Technology, Property & Partnerships, Facilities, and Design & Project Management, as well as managing the growth of the network. Prior to this, John served as Chief Property Officer at Hub Australia, where responsibilities included innovative partnership arrangements, property sourcing, negotiation, and management of workspace design and technology infrastructure. John's previous experience includes leadership roles at Knight Frank Australia and DTZ, along with a strong educational background in Building Surveying and real estate credentials, including membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
