Yi-Hua Edward Yang is a highly experienced professional in system architecture and software engineering, currently serving as a Principal System Architect at Huawei since October 2021, where expertise includes SW-HW co-design and performance modeling for ARMv9 SVE. Prior roles include Staff Software Engineer at Google, focusing on custom-built robotic controllers, and Staff Research Engineer at Alibaba Group's DAMO Academy, specializing in heterogeneous acceleration for data center workloads. Previous experience also includes significant contributions at Fungible Inc. and Xilinx, as well as teaching at Santa Clara University. Yi-Hua Edward Yang holds a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and National Taiwan University.
