Doug Hoberock began their career at Kiewit Energy Company in 2009 as a Field Engineer, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Hth Companies Inc as a Project Manager, eventually moving up to the role of Regional Operations Manager in 2013. By 2014, Doug had become the Vice President of Operations at Hth Companies Inc, where they continued to work in a leadership role.
Doug Hoberock attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
