Paul Chapman currently serves as the Vice President of Business Strategy at Cisco, focusing on innovative hybrid work solutions that enhance employee productivity and organizational culture. Additionally, Paul is actively involved in multiple advisory roles, including positions at HTEC Group, Aviso AI, mxHERO, Orchestral.ai, ArmorCode Inc., and Guide-Rails, contributing expertise in digital consulting, AI-driven sales strategies, and infrastructure automation. As Chair of the Board of Directors for Genesys Works, Paul supports initiatives aimed at empowering disadvantaged high school students through meaningful work experiences. Previously, Paul held the role of Senior Vice President and Global CIO at Box, overseeing global IT strategy and cybersecurity initiatives. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Filton Tech.
