Shani Toledano has a diverse work experience. Shani co-founded and served as CEO at HT BioImaging since May 2015. In 2019, they became a member of the Board of Directors at Amuta Hill Ha'Oir. Prior to that, they worked at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries from 2009 to 2015 in system design and development. From 2008 to 2009, they were a UAV pilots trainer at Themis UAV Applications Ltd. Shani also served as the Head of a UAV pilots training center at the Israeli Air Force from 2005 to 2008.

Shani Toledano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same institution. However, specific start and end years for their education are not provided.
