Melissa Rodriguez currently serves as a Surgery Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Tampa General Hospital since February 2024. In addition, Melissa holds the position of Customer Support Lead at HST Pathways, providing support to surgical centers nationwide and utilizing Salesforce and Quick Base to assist with system errors and update staff records. Previous experience includes roles at Florida Orthopaedic Institute as a Unit Secretary/Surgery Scheduler, SportsMed Physical Therapy as Office Manager and Medical Administrator, Excel Orthopedic Rehabilitation as a Patient Coordinator, and North Jersey Orthopedic Specialists as a Medical Receptionist. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University and an Associate of Science in Professional Studies from Bergen Community College.
