Chris Chikwanda has been working at HSS Services since December 2014 as an ICT Service Specialist. Prior to this, Chris has been employed at Kinetic IT since October 2010, with positions such as Associate System Engineer (INPEX), Desktop Support (WA Police), Snr Service Desk Technician /Incident Manager (WA Police), and Service Desk Technician (WA Police). In these roles, Chris is responsible for providing backup support, performing daily switching of backup tapes, conducting periodic backup health checks, and handling incident management for high priority incidents.
