Michael Hierl is a seasoned attorney specializing in intellectual property law. With a career spanning over four decades, Michael has held significant positions such as Partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym Ltd. since July 2009, and as an Intellectual Property Attorney at the Law Office of Michael A. Hierl from January 2008 to July 2009. Michael co-founded Olson & Hierl, Ltd. and served as a shareholder from November 1986 to October 2007, in addition to previous roles at Dressler, Goldsmith, Shore, Sutker & Milnamow, Ltd. and McDougall, Hersh & Scott. Educationally, Michael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
