Lars Wagner is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as an Associate at Hotel Solutions Partnership since May 2023, Lars is involved in various projects related to operations, sales & marketing, food & beverage, human resources, and financial turn-around. As the Founder and CEO of Lars Wagner & Partners since November 2022, Lars leads a White Label Hotel Operator dedicated to bespoke hotel services. Prior to this, Lars held key leadership roles including General Manager at Hôtel Beau-Rivage Genève and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where strategic initiatives led to significant revenue growth and enhanced operational performance. Lars's career also includes positions at prestigious hotels such as InterContinental Paris Le Grand Hotel and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, complemented by an educational background that includes an Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Finance from ESSEC Business School.
