Marije Roelofs currently serves as a Change Consultant at HSO since October 2024, following a role as a Junior HR Advisor at Audax from December 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience includes a position as a Sourcer for Sweco at Yellow Rockets and earlier roles at Audax and Gemeente Nijmegen as a Junior HR Advisor and HR intern, respectively. Marije has also worked as a Recruiter at Work Matchers, focusing on the accounting industry, and has held various other positions in hospitality and retail. Marije's educational background includes an ongoing Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Radboud University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Pre-master in Business Administration from the same institution.
