Guenther Sailer, MBL-HSG, has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across various companies. Currently, Guenther Sailer serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at HSE Home Shopping Europe GmbH since March 2017. Prior to this position, Guenther Sailer held the role of General Counsel / Director Legal at Strellson AG from March 2010 to February 2017, and was Senior Legal Counsel at SGL Group - The Carbon Company from December 2008 to February 2010, overseeing legal and compliance matters for the Business Unit Performance Products. Previous experience also includes roles at manroland AG, HUGO BOSS AG, and as an intern at Rand Rosenzweig Radley & Gordon, LLP. Guenther Sailer earned an MBL-HSG in International Business Law from the University of St.Gallen and a Bar Exam in Law from the University of Augsburg.
