Kathrin Mai has a diverse professional background with experience in software product management, project and organizational management, and various administrative roles. Currently serving as a Produktmanagerin Software at HRworks GmbH since July 2022, Kathrin previously held the position of Juniorproduktmanagerin. Prior roles include Sachbearbeiterin for project and organizational management at Regierungspräsidium Freiburg, as well as administrative positions at Stadt Freiburg and Stadt Karlsruhe. Kathrin's early career featured internships in community programs and various administrative functions, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management from Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung Kehl, earned in March 2017.
