Mohammad A Milani currently serves as the Assistant Principal for Student Aspirations and Projects at HRUC, a position held since October 2023. In addition, Mohammad is an External Examiner for BTEC Higher National qualifications in Engineering and Technology at Pearson UK, starting in September 2017, and has held various roles including Vice Principal and Director of Engineering and Motor Industries at The Bedford College Group from November 2021 to October 2023. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Heart of Worcestershire College and Dudley College, as well as teaching positions at Bournville College and the University of Birmingham. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Non-Linear Analysis of Optical and Microwave Sources from the University of Birmingham, alongside a Master's degree in Electrical and Communication Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
