Jill Sailer currently serves as Controller and Chief Risk Officer at Heartland Companies since January 2019. Previously, Jill held the position of Human Resources Manager at Heartland Finishes, Inc., Heartland Door and Frame, Inc., and Heartland Window Treatments, Inc. from October 2004 to July 2020. Jill obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from AIB College of Business, studying from 1989 to 1991.
