Justice Candelaria possesses over a decade of experience in the roofing and construction industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at HRS Restoration Services since January 2023. Previous roles include Roofing Account Manager and Roofing Services Manager at the same company, Service Manager at SUPREME ROOFING, and Commercial Roofing Problem Solver at Lallier Construction, Inc. Justice has also held various positions such as Estimator/Account Manager and Service Estimator/Account Manager at WEATHERSURE SYSTEMS INC and Flynn Group of Companies, respectively. Prior to these roles, Justice gained extensive experience as a Service Foreman at B & M Roofing and D & D Roofing and as a Service Technician at D&D Roofing. An early career began at Action Landscaping as a Decorative Landscape Foreman.
