Frank Kabilka currently serves as Leiter Baukostenplanung at HRS Real Estate AG since January 2024. Previously, Frank held the position of COO at Caretta+Weidmann Baumanagement AG from January 2015 to December 2023. Frank holds a degree in Architekt FH / Wirtschaftsingenieur FH from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1998.
