Kuersat Sahin is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Head of Procurement and Corporate Sustainability at HRS Group, Kuersat oversees the establishment of a global procurement organization and drives sustainable contract negotiations. Previous roles include Indirect Procurement Leader EMEAC at Galderma, where efficient savings and compliance in healthcare regulations were achieved, and Senior Procurement Manager for the DACH region, where procurement policy development and strategic sourcing methodologies were implemented.
