Sehar T. possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at HRPSP since March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Executive HR at Clive Shoes from February 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation and benefits processes across four regions and deploying various HRMS systems. Sehar T. also held the position of Senior HR Executive specializing in technical recruitment and payroll management at ALM Human Resource from March 2017 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes managing an Oracle-based ERP system at Internation Petrochemicals Ltd. and providing administrative support in a confidential capacity.
