Kok Choong Lee currently serves as the Head of Talent Management and Learning & Development at GREAT EASTERN since September 2019, where responsibilities include strategizing and driving the development of talents within the company. In addition, Kok Choong Lee acts as a Permanent Member of the HRD Corp Sectorial Training Committee for Insurance from 2023 to 2025, representing LIAM and advising on competency frameworks and talent upskilling initiatives for the insurance sector. Prior to these roles, Kok Choong Lee held various positions at Ernst & Young from 1992 to 2019, including Director of Learning & Development and ASEAN Learning & Development Leader. Education includes a Certified Professional Coach accreditation from the Corporate Coach Academy and a professional qualification in accounting from The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
