Adj. Prof. Dr. Nizam Shah Allabasc is an accomplished consultant and corporate trainer with over 21 years of extensive experience in governance and risk management. Currently serving as a member of the Panel of Experts at the International Governance and Sustainability Centre since July 2023 and as an Adjunct Professor at UGM | University of Geomatika Malaysia, Nizam also holds the position of Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at du-it Malaysia since April 2021. Previous roles include Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Payfo and MaxMoney.com, and significant contributions at BNP Paribas, Cagamas Berhad, and Bank Muamalat. Nizam's educational qualifications include a PhD in Operational Risk Management from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and an MBA from Universiti Industri Selangor, among others.
