Elizabeth Guadalupe Velasco Silva is a seasoned professional in brand management and customer service, currently serving as the LA Brand Manager for Personal Care at HRB Brands since March 2022 and at Helen of Troy since September 2019. Previously, Elizabeth held a customer service representative role at Helen of Troy from October 2008 to November 2015, where responsibilities included managing purchase orders and pricing reviews within Oracle's Order Management module.
