Kayla Jaffe is an Analyst at HR&A Advisors, where work focuses on promoting racial equity and inclusion in urban planning, notably through facilitating strategic planning for LA County. Previously, Kayla contributed to the firm's Inclusive Cities practice, working with various sectors to create equitable urban policies and programs. As a Research Analyst in HR&A's New York office, Kayla supported initiatives related to inclusivity and placemaking. Prior to HR&A, Kayla was a Jim and Carol Young Fellow at Southern Methodist University, assisting in the organization of TEDx events aimed at sharing impactful ideas within the community. Kayla earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from Southern Methodist University in 2017.
