Mounia Demdam M.S HRD is an experienced professional currently serving as the Affirmative Action Project Manager and Data Analyst for HR Works since August 2022. Mounia's previous roles include Assistant Registrar and Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the University of Rochester from September 2016 to May 2022, as well as positions in administration and human resources at Westfall Academy, US Census Bureau, Paetec Communications, AIDS Care, and NUI Schools, Inc. Mounia holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Abdelmalek Essaadi University.
