Thierry Van Dyck has extensive experience in finance, IT, and human capital management. Currently serving as the Adjoint du Directeur général & Head of Finances and IT at HR Rail since September 2014, Thierry oversees the management of the Finance, Purchasing, Logistic, and IT divisions. Previous roles include Senior Manager - SAP HCM Domain Lead at Accenture, where management of the HCM Domain Belux was a key responsibility, and AMO Director for EMEA, Canada, and Latin America at ARINSO International, focusing on Application Maintenance Outsourcing. Thierry's career also includes significant positions at ARINSO and Sagem Avionics, where project management and consultancy in SAP-HR and avionics software development were central. Thierry holds a degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Electricity and Computer Science from the University of Liège.
