Jessica Ostyn is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Manager of HR Support Center Career Services Operations at HR Rail since September 2019, and has previously held the position of Regional HR Manager in the same organization. In both roles, Jessica Ostyn has overseen effective career management and internal mobility for railway personnel in Brussels, while fostering relationships with clients and social partners. Jessica Ostyn's career includes roles at NMBS as a Procurement Officer and earlier as a (First) Traffic Information Officer, and at Infrabel as an Administrative HR Specialist, further complemented by a foundational role at the Federal Pension Service. Jessica Ostyn is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in HR Support at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
