Catherine Coombes MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior ER Lead at Moorview Care since January 2024. With a career spanning over two decades, Catherine has held prominent roles including HR Ninja at HR Ninjas since September 1997, and Head of People and Culture at The Source Skills Academy from October 2018 to January 2024. Previous experience includes leadership positions such as Head of Human Resources at Hollybank Trust and various HR roles at the Food Standards Agency and Mecca Bingo Limited. Catherine holds an ILM 7 in Executive Coaching, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from The University of Huddersfield, and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the same institution.
