Katy has been working with HR Directions since 2015, where she combines her passion for employment law with her drive to provide customers with exceptional service. Katy graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Dramatic Arts and then went on to acquire her M.A. in Visual Culture: Costume Studies at New York University. She became a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association in 2017.
