Jimena Ibieta has over a decade of experience in staffing and recruitment, currently serving as the Division Manager for Staffing & Recruitment at HR Buro Consulting Services since May 2021. Previously, Jimena held various roles at the same company from April 2011 to 2021, including Project Manager and Consultant Psychologist, focusing on the search and evaluation of professionals to meet client needs. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Psychologist at CPE Remolino - Coresam Conchali, overseeing a residential project for preschool-aged children, and working as a Psychologist at DAM Proniño - Coresam Conchali, conducting psychological evaluations and reporting to judicial authorities. Jimena holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Central de Chile and a degree in English Pedagogy from Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación.
