Alberto Gomes Da Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards, diversity and inclusion, and executive compensation. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and DE&I at HPS Investment Partners, LLC, Alberto plays a critical role at a leading global investment firm managing various capital strategies. Previously, Alberto held significant positions at W. P. Carey Inc. as Vice President, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Equity & Compensation, and at IBM as an Executive Compensation Professional. Alberto's career also includes roles at Institutional Shareholder Services and as a Teacher's Assistant in the Economics Department at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Alberto holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, International Commerce and Negotiations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
