Esther Dalgaard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial controlling and auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Controller at H+H International A/S since March 2021, Esther previously held the position of Manager Financial Controlling at LEO Pharma from March 2017 to March 2021. Prior roles include Senior Financial Controller at DONG Energy, where responsibilities included corporate consolidation, and Audit Manager at KPMG. Esther began the career in accounting at Nykredit before acquiring a CMA degree from Copenhagen Business School, which was completed between 2000 and 2007.
