Leonard Rittmeyer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at H+H since July 2021. Prior to this role, Leonard held various positions at NKT, including HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Working Student in HR from September 2017 to June 2021. Leonard's career began with Fischer HRM - Internationale Personalberatung as a Working Student in Research and Project Assistance and included an internship in HR and Payroll at Community Counseling and Mediation. Academically, Leonard holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Hochschule Fresenius and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from the same institution, along with additional studies at Berkeley College and Pace University.
