Wade Cates has extensive experience in machining and drafting, currently serving as a Draftsman at HPF CONSULTANTS, INC. since December 2018. Previous roles include CNC Machinist III at Weatherford from October 2016 to December 2018, where programming and operating CNC lathe using G code was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes positions as a Machinist at Xylem Water & Wastewater and as CNC Machinist II/Lead Man at Weatherford, emphasizing parts scheduling, mentorship, and compliance with safety regulations. Earlier career experience includes delivery driving at B-Line Filter and Supply and machinating at Partech. Wade Cates attended Odessa College and West Texas A&M University, and graduated from Odessa High School.
