Rahul Raj is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking and treasury management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager-Treasury at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited since September 2020, Rahul specializes in project finance, debt syndication, financial modeling, and investor relations. Prior to this role, Rahul worked with HSBC in various capacities, focusing on leveraged and acquisition finance, capital financing solutions, and high-profile mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Rahul's early career includes positions at UBS Investment Bank and internships at Reliance and National Chemical Laboratory, enhancing expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Rahul holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
