Prior to this role, Tom Geier was the Head of Federal Government Affairs at 3M Company from March 2003 to January 2024. Tom Geier holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with triple majors in Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate from the University of Arizona.
