Mak 'Kusare is an accomplished filmmaker and entrepreneur with a diverse background in the entertainment and technology industries. Currently a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences since April 2023, Mak co-owns Makangels Beauty and has been a filmmaker at Latitude 4 Degrees since January 2017, focusing on cultural storytelling and innovation. Mak served as a series director for the TV drama "Crime and Justice: Lagos" at Showmax from November 2021 to November 2022 and worked as a product design consultant at Qualcomm from 2015 to 2016, contributing to the development of mobile communication technologies. Previous roles include director at Avehil Media Company, associate producer/director at Televista, and TV series director at BBC World Service Trust. Mak has a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Design and Motion Picture Production from ATBU, a Higher National Professional Diploma from the National Film Institute, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of the People.
