Dileep Chandra is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as the India Talent Acquisition Head at HP since February 2020, Dileep has held various leadership roles within HP Inc since August 2015, including overseeing HR operations for India, Pakistan, and the Philippines, as well as leading global learning and development initiatives. Prior to these roles, Dileep managed HR operations as an HR Operations Manager at Hewlett Packard India from 2004 to 2020, where responsibilities included onboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance. Dileep's educational background includes a Master of Social Work in Human Resources from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mangalore University.
