Andrew Spurr is an experienced sales and process improvement leader currently serving as the Poly HP E2E Sales Process & Productivity Lead at HP since December 2022. Previously, Andrew held the position of Sales Process Enablement Program Manager at Poly and spent nearly two decades at Cisco in various roles, including Project Manager for Digital Effectiveness and Product Manager for CRM. Andrew's extensive background includes optimizing sales processes, enabling sales productivity, and managing strategic projects across multiple regions and teams. Andrew's career began with roles at BTLookSmart, AOL Europe, Hamptons International, and Lloyd's of London, complemented by a Master's Degree from UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's Degree from Northumbria University.
