Merve Shen °¬Ð¡Óð is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as a Business Partner at HoYoverse since May 2023, Merve previously held the position of Country Human Resources Manager at Tencent and Human Resources Manager at »¢ÑÀ. Notable achievements include founding a legal entity in Turkey, establishing hiring processes compliant with Turkish Labor Law, and developing a Turkish team from inception. Merve¡¯s earlier roles encompassed human resources administrative functions at IGG and sales management at Air China, where responsibilities included coordinating VVIP flight operations for dignitaries.
