Mathilde Thoulouze is a bioprocess engineer at Hoxton Farms. Mathilde previously worked as an associate scientist at UCB from July 2020 to July 2021, where they developed scale-down microbial upstream processes. From October 2018 to April 2019, they worked on a Masters Research Project at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, where they optimized primary recovery filtration performance for bacteria and algae.

Mathilde Thoulouze has a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Biochemical Engineering from UCL with a minor in Public Policy. Mathilde has also completed a Global citizenship summer programme in Environmental Justice at UCL. Mathilde Thoulouze has a Baccalauréat in Scientifique, spécialité Mathématiques from Lycée Victor Duruy. Mathilde is also IELTS certified with an Overall 8/9 score.
