Cécile Benmaza (Husu) has a wealth of experience in customer success and management roles. Cécile began their career in 2008 as a Traffic Manager Junior at C2B - NetAffiliation, where they managed relationships with advertisers and publishers, managed campaigns, and conducted benchmarking and searches for high-value publishers. In 2011, they moved to Civiliz as a Junior Consultant. In 2012, they were appointed Product Manager Junior - Creative Papers and Specialties at Antalis International. In 2016, they became Country Manager FR at SPOT-A-SHOP. In 2018, they joined Smartly.io as a Customer Success Lead and was later promoted to Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director Customer Success Nordics and Benelux at Hoxhunt.
Cécile Benmaza (Husu) completed a Master II in Innovations in Marketing and Customer Relationship at EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci from 2011 to 2012, specializing in International Marketing. Prior to this, they completed a Master I in Marketing/Trade with a specialization in BtoB from 2007 to 2011, also at EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci and specializing in International Marketing. Cécile is currently enrolled in International Business at Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, which they began in 2010.
