Heather Grantz is a seasoned compliance specialist with extensive experience in investigations and human resources. Currently serving at Howmet Aerospace since April 2020, Heather has progressed through roles including senior analyst and investigation analyst. Prior experience includes a position as investigations analyst at Arconic from December 2017 to April 2020 and several roles at UPMC, from HR generalist to senior HR consultant, between January 2008 and December 2017. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
