Anne-Sophie Blin currently serves as the Responsible for Human Resources at Howmet Aerospace since June 2024. Prior to this role, Anne-Sophie held the position of HR Manager at Trivium Packaging from May 2022 to June 2024 and worked as the Directrice des Ressources Humaines for Groupe Vallée from February 2021 to May 2022. With extensive experience at SOURIAU-SUNBANK Connection Technologies by Eaton from October 2005 to January 2021, Anne-Sophie was initially an HR Business Partner and later took on responsibilities as Chargée de projets RH, overseeing a workforce of 430 and focusing on recruitment, training, and social relations. Anne-Sophie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from ESSCA and a Master's in Human Resources Engineering from IPSA - Université Catholique de l’Ouest, along with previous education at Dublin City University and a scientific Baccalauréat from Lycée Montesquieu.
