Emily has worked across various companies and research institutes, focusing on developing food information systems, curating food data, and leading research projects in food sustainability and informatics. Emily also co-founded Golden Acorn and The Job Feed, two initiatives aimed at empowering individuals in the food sustainability workforce through coaching, job curation, and career workshops. Their educational background includes a PhD in Agricultural and Environmental Chemistry and a Master's degree in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition.
