Robert Bray MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Robert started their career in 1988 with National Westminster Bank, where they participated in a management development program for four years. Following this, they ventured into entrepreneurship and established Fortnocks Health Clubs, an award-winning health club operator and health screening business. Robert successfully managed all aspects of the business, including finance, HR, sales and marketing, facility management, and health and safety. In 2006, Bray became the Chief Executive of Edgbaston Priory Club Ltd, a not-for-profit private members' club operating in the sports and leisure sector. In this role, they oversaw the management of the club, which included providing world-class tennis, squash, leisure, and social facilities to a large membership base. Additionally, Bray joined the Classic Ladies International Tennis Tournament in 2011 as a management team member. Robert contributed to the organization of this prestigious event, which is part of the WTA calendar and boasts a prize money fund of $1 million. Most recently, in 2020, Bray became the Chief Operating Officer at Howells, where they continue to utilize their extensive experience and expertise.

Robert Bray MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wolverhampton, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their A levels in Mathematics and Statistics, Chemistry, and Geography from 6th Form at Haybridge High School, Hagley from 1986 to 1988.
