Robert Bray MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Robert started their career in 1988 with National Westminster Bank, where they participated in a management development program for four years. Following this, they ventured into entrepreneurship and established Fortnocks Health Clubs, an award-winning health club operator and health screening business. Robert successfully managed all aspects of the business, including finance, HR, sales and marketing, facility management, and health and safety. In 2006, Bray became the Chief Executive of Edgbaston Priory Club Ltd, a not-for-profit private members' club operating in the sports and leisure sector.
