Brian Zhang Tianzhe has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a ship broker specializing in dry cargo at Howe Robinson Partners since June 2014. Prior roles include internships at Clipper Group, where key skills such as laytime calculation and contract negotiations were developed, and part-time trainee positions at Torvald Klaveness, where vessel performance analysis and market research were completed. Initial experience includes a chartering trainee role at Canchart fm & c pte ltd and a ship surveyor assistant position at Wisdom Alpha Group, where responsibilities ranged from client report generation to conducting surveys. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from Nanyang Technological University and participated in an exchange programme at BI Norwegian Business School focusing on maritime law and related subjects.
