Sam Mitchinson is currently working as a Postgraduate Researcher at the University of East Anglia, focusing on International VoR Cat research and development. With previous experience in catastrophe modelling and analytical product development at Howden Re and MS Amlin, Sam has a strong background in the field. Sam also previously worked as a Catastrophe Modelling Analyst at MS Amlin and as a Data Analyst at IMServ Europe Ltd. In terms of education, Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Geography, a Master's degree in Volcanology and Geological Hazards, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Science at the University of East Anglia.
