Previously, Jolley worked as an Attorney Advisor for the DC Government, representing management in labor negotiations, and as a Production Assistant for BET Networks. With experience in real estate development, economic development, and legal advisory roles, Jolley has successfully navigated complex legal landscapes and fostered strategic partnerships. Jolley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from William & Mary.
