Mahbleeta Grant serves as an Adjunct Professor in Systems Management Analysis and the IT Professional Services Director at Howard University since 2013. In this role, Mahbleeta leads the University-wide support services strategy and operations while fostering relationships with deans and administrators across 13 schools and colleges. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager, overseeing the project management office (PMO), and IT Project Manager, managing key projects such as a campus-wide VoIP migration and Blackboard Analytics Reporting tool. Prior to Howard University, Mahbleeta worked as a Project Manager at SMART SOLUTION, overseeing project documentation and management, and as a Business Analyst at SPG & Associates, where Mahbleeta focused on Procurement best practices. Additionally, Mahbleeta served as a Consultant for the DC Office of Contracting & Procurement, conducting cost analyses for environmental products. Mahbleeta holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a BA in Communication, both from Howard University.
