Glen Vinson Jr. currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs at Howard University, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Glen worked as the National Organizer of Faith Communities for the Children's Defense Fund from June 2021 to April 2022, and as the Director of Programs at The Faith & Politics Institute from October 2019 to October 2020. Glen's extensive career at Howard University began in January 2008, encompassing various roles including Associate Dean for Religious and Civic Engagement, Director of Service Learning and Outreach, and Director of Chapel Operations until October 2019. Glen holds a PhD in Personality Psychology from Howard University and a Master's degree in Psychology from the same institution, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Personality Psychology. Glen completed secondary education at Asheville High School, earning a high school diploma in 1999.
