Gautami Palanki currently serves as Senior Vice President of ESG Strategy at Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., focusing on responsible real estate development and strategic planning for large-scale master planned communities and mixed-use properties. Prior to this role, Gautami was the Director of Client Solutions at Arc Skoru, Inc., where responsibilities included global engagement for enhanced environmental performance in buildings and cities. Gautami's experience also includes serving as Director of Technical Development at the U.S. Green Building Council, where leadership was provided in the technical development of green building certification systems. Previous roles include Senior Consultant for AtSite Solutions, emphasizing sustainable strategies, and Architectural Designer at RTKL, specializing in sustainable retail and hospitality projects. Gautami holds a Masterā€™s degree in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, complemented by participation in Wharton Executive Education.
